A Hamburg-based VFX artist and technical builder who makes images, leads production, and builds the systems that let creative work travel cleanly from first frame to final delivery.
Practice
Built for the image
Finn is Head of VFX at Replayboys. His background crosses VFX supervision, online editing and systems work: before Replayboys, he was VFX Supervisor / Online Editor at Goodbye Kansas and Online Editor / Systems Manager at IT'S US Media. That mix makes the image and its infrastructure inseparable in his practice.
He works across compositing, colour, dailies, review and finishing—and teaches colour science and visual-effects topics at Logik.tv. Alongside the studio work, he makes photographs and moving images with a technical curiosity for how they are captured, transformed and delivered.
On the systems side, Finn builds focused production tools that connect Nuke, Flame, DaVinci Resolve, Fusion, Houdini and render-farm workflows. The work includes shared review, high-volume media transfer, R2 delivery and reviewable agentic workflows that keep creative decisions with people.
